We are a registered charity run by an elected Committee of volunteers, mostly made up of parents of children attending the Pre-School, not a private business.  There is a strong fundraising sub-committee, one member of which sits on the Committee of the Pre-School.

The essential day to day expenses of running the Pre-School are met through fees charged to parents/carers, funding from the government and top up fees for those extra weeks during which funding is not available. However we also rely heavily on the money raised by fundraising events to pay for new toys and equipment and events like the Christmas carol and mince pie mornings.

Every year the following fundraising events are planned:

• Jumble Sale at the village hall
• Good As New Sale
• Family Disco
• Summer Sports Day
• Ladies Quiz Night
• Christmas Party, Santa always shows up along with an entertainer!

Exact dates of these events will be updated on the website during the course of the year.
